To really live the frugal life a tiny freezer attached to your fridge isn’t much storage for much of anything. 2 Make friends with a farmer. 3 Find a food co-op. Some *cough* idiots argue that things are under ripe…I know. But if you want fresh.this is as fresh as it gets! Heaven forbid in our instant gratification society we can’t wait a day or two for things. *sigh*. 4 Stop eating out. Heart 2 Heart Farm.

Monthly budget for groceries: $200ish (this is for 2 adults and 2 kids). Normally our groceries have a standard things we buy each month (cat food, cat liter, dog food, diapers). Normally that chunk is $50-70. And for a small budget that really sucks. But we know which store has the best deals for our brands/store brands. So roughly $114 of the budget....
