Saturday, January 3, 2015. Wow, I didn't even realized that I had missed it, but yesterday marked 3 years. In having this blog! Obviously the blog has changed since then, definitely not as many posts (February of 2012 had 30 posts, there's not even 30 days in February! By the way, I don't know if you noticed, but we've updated the blog, Hannah helped in making the header. How do ya like it? We're not exactly designers by any means. :). Wednesday, August 27, 2014. Haiti: The Last Days and Heading Home. All right, we've reached the final post on Haiti! These are pictures of two house dedications and the trip home. Sarah, Jacob, Abby, Hannah, and Holly in the "Americanized" tap-tap. Don't they look great? The amazing view from the house that another team had worked on. You could see the ocean, mountains, and everything in between! That's the island that we had the chance to go to on a Sunday earlier in the week. Back at the airport at 6 AM.

Sunday, February 23, 2014. A Day with the Eagles. Soo, a couple weeks ago, my family and I went to some areas around our city where you can see tons of eagles. And of course I took tons of pictures! But it was super cold and I couldn't see very well, and we were far away, but here they are anyhow! Some of those pictures were just of the surroundings and the almost completely frozen river! Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Sorry I didn't get this up earlier. Step 1: Cut off a piece of wax paper. Crumple the paper into a ball. If you have clay, roll it into a small ball. Step 2: Put the clay or the paper in the center of the rectangle of wax paper. Step 3: Roll the wax paper. Trim off any excess. For this candy, I stacked a couple of layers of clay on top of each other and cut them. Candy corn is always fun. Here's Kirsten dressed up as Katniss with a table of goodies! Posted by Michelle D.
