LEMON BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE. 3 Tbsp. cornstarch. 3 egg yolks, beaten. 1/4 cup butter, cut up. 1 Tbsp finely grated fresh lemon peel. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 1 8oz carton sour cream. 2 cups fresh blueberries. 1 9-inch baked pie shell.
