Life, Marriage and Motherhood. Thursday, October 11, 2012. A life cut short- and in so many ways. My Aunt Marsha passed away last night at the young age of 59. She was my Mother's one and only sibling. After that, she lived in various nursing homes throughout Missouri where she could be best taken care of. She was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and last night she took her last breath. I will be traveling to the services to honor her life. It was tonight, after a grueling day of dealing with my 2 1/2 year old daughter, adamant about not listening and defying my every word. Life, Marriage and Motherhood. Monday, July 30, 2012. She's a Big Kid Now. The nudist, during our kitchen renovation. Where have I been? Well thanks for asking! To fill you in, we are renovating our kitchen, having rooms painted, installing new lighting, having our deck stained and front door stripped and restored. Needless to say, I gave up. Life, Marriage and Motherhood. Wednesday, November 16, 2011. The other semesters were spent doing far less "stuff"- and my grades reflected there was far less studying going on, too. It's called prioritizing, folks. When you don't have extra time, you make the best of whatcha got. No way in hell is that happening! I am a multitasking hot mess. I go from nursing Jack to laundry to dishes to diapers to coloring with Ava to lunch to. (you get the idea). Shoe organizer turned cleaning products organizer.

Life, Marriage and Motherhood. Sunday, June 24, 2012. No good deed goes unpunished. I woke up yesterday and could barely put weight on it- something that is nearly impossible when you have two kids under 3. Ken did his best to allow me to sit with my foot elevated and iced. I'm happy to report that it feels a little better today. For what it's worth, I hope those little quacklings are doing well. And I sure as hell hope they didn't run back into the street after we drove off. :-/. Links to this post.

In that time Laura somehow managed to capture some great shots. Thanks again, Laura! No milkman involved here. We're ALL Mom and Dad. It's easy to see when we're all together like this.
