He helped me turn my life around from overweight, sedentary (un-ABLE to exercise properly), and sleepless, to slim, active, and actually sleeping. Those kinks in the spine sap your mobility and energy a little at a time and create a vicious interrelated cycle of decline. HEALTH is a good cycle that, when continued, keeps getting better! LDM-100: The Wonder Non-drug. CALM and other magnesium supplements. On: September 22, 2009. Also aids in calcium absorption and can also helps with depression.I think liquid forms are more easily absorbed by the body which is why I don’t take magnesium supplement in a hard to digest pill form. I do take multivitamins in pill form that are not synthetic because liquid vitamins taste a lot like the chewables we all had as kids. (I don’t care for that taste). I recommend the Natural Calm with the calcium.

I currently sing with The William Baker Festival Singers http:/ www.festivalsingers.org. Where I am Assistant to the Music Director. I am always looking for students to teach and music to sing. I currently am under the treatment of a wonderful accupuncturist and am on a detox diet that I will detail in my blog. I continue to see my chiropractor and am trying to add more yoga back into my life while I continue to grow musically studying and teaching voice and singing proudly with The Festival Singers.
