Just another WordPress.com weblog. It’s been busy in our little corner of the Capitol, and we’re still adapting to some big, great changes. This adjustment period has meant that any exciting dinners, to the extent we’ve had them, were not made by yours truly. I’ve been cooking, yes, but nothing mind-blowing. Until last night. The inspiration came last Saturday while I was at the market shopping for snacks to take on an impromptu excursion to Virginia. I had a list of things to buy, and I was focused.
