Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Simply Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas. I was really looking forward to trying this recipe. It turned out wonderfully. And I was on the ball tonight taking pics as I went with the steps. This recipe is from one of the moms on my moms' site. 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 1/2 medium onion, chopped (I used whole and thought it was too much). 1 tbsp olive oil. 1-1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used colby jack). 1 (15 oz) can chicken broth. 1 cup sour cream. 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles.

With my strict new budget, i kept my grocery bill under $65 this week (really good for me, could be much much better). we had stromboli and corn on the cob tonight. stromboli is so easy and cheap. this is the version i made tonight. 6 pieces turkey lunchmeat. 1/2 cup chopped green pepper. 1/2 cup chopped onion. Tuesday, August 4, 2009. This sauce is sweet and amazing on pork chops. 1 stick of butter. 3 cups of brown sugar. 1 tsp garlic powder. 3 tbsp A-1 sauce. Melt butter. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. I found this Olive Garden knockoff on this. Blog and had to try it. Nicholas and I cooked it up while taking care of a toddler and my friend's 3 month old. There's plenty so I'm freezing half for a future dinner. 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, diced (I used red). 1/2 of a small 1 lb. bag of baby carrots, chopped. 5 stalks of celery, diced. 2 (145 oz) cans diced tomatoes. 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 1/2 tsp oregano.

She lets us know when walter's getting "agitated". she tells us to "hold on" if we ask her to do something or come to us if she is busy. Yesterday we had a tea party. phoebe used her tea set from gma dura. she also shared her mini cookies also from gma. such simple fun on our kitchen floor. Where I get my CDs.
