Weekend on Pembrokeshire Coast Path. August 30, 2014. Pembrokeshire Coast Path, Fishguard-08. After Norway I’m going to say goodbye to Scotland, I hope the weather will allow me to explore its beauty. My last planned destination – USA, haven’t been there for 2 years and I have really missed the big open landscapes of California and Colorado. Skiing the Kungsleden trail in Sweden | Somewhere It's Raining
http://www.somewhereitsraining.com/2014/05/kebnekaise-in-winter
May 6, 2014. Continuing from Stuck in Swedish snow. Trying to plough through the deep snow. Skiing Kunsgleden trail in winter. First time for me on Nordic skis, and here I was, ski touring towards Abisko. I hiked the route from Nikkaluokta to Abisko in Autumn 2012 and was looking forward to stunning views, but with a more winterly look this time. The huts on the trail would welcome us with their fire places and I would start hating roasted vegetable flavoured cous cous again. Want to join the discussion?

Somewhere Down the Road
Somewhere Down the Road. Somewhere on this road of life there will be questions answered, grace overflowing, truth revealed and many, many stops along the way to ponder how one gets from here to there. Monday, February 6, 2017. Searching for my voice. I sometimes have a hard time speaking up, not because I don't have opinions - I have plenty of those - but because I don't want to offend others. I try to play nicely with others, don't rock the boat, be the peacemaker. I'm just about done. I woke up at 2:3...
The Other Side of Somewhere
Farmers' Markets, even in the City! That is the most perfect bowl of cherries I have ever seen." My apartmentmate's boyfriend was over for dinner, and I had just brought out dessert. I had just made enchiladas for the first time, to moderate success, and we were all stuffed. But the cherries - Michigan cherries from the 61st St. Farmers' Market - were just too delicious to ignore. Here's the starter himself, at home in the fridge, to who we owe such delicious baked goods. Loretta Lynn (the famous "Coal M...

My affinity for travel means this site should have been created long ago. Of the people I know, I’m one of the few that is open to going anywhere. Pretty sure my parents love yet hate that part of me. I may be an adult, but at the end of the day, I’m never bolder than when I’m given a ticket and a map. On long time coming. Somewhere its Summer
Monday, January 18, 2010. Do not be dismayed. No. They say of the water: 'The Lowest Ebb is the Turn of the Tide". And I'll send you the new link, or, I'll post it here or facebook eventually! I encourage all my readers to look forward this year, don't be pessimistic (its unattractive); and keep in mind the Ghandian principle of being the change you would to see among the interactions of people. Today I stopped into the Humane Society of Milwaukee! God Bless All, Keep Calm and Carry On. Le Temps de Jeux.
