Hearth and Soul: Wellness. Mind, Body and Hearth Wellness. Welcome to Hearth and Soul: Wellness. Your Home is Sacred Space. The ache for home lives in all of us, the safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned. -Maya Angelou. At the end of the day, how wonderful does it feel to arrive at home? Is it your sanctuary? Home should be a place that does not trigger. A lack of wellness. It even cleans up melted cheese on my stove top! Hot water alone can do amazing things. My father used to s...

Even made of the shiny blue plastic, it doesn’t look ridiculous sitting on my bathroom vanity counter. My neti pot is from http:/ www.niellmed.com. Hearth and Soul: Wellness. Mind, Body and Hearth Wellness. Welcome to Hearth and Soul: Wellness. Yesterday I got downright desperate. I couldn’t stay out of the bathroom, and the pains were unreal. The medications prescribed to me currently effect the colon, not the stomach.
