Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Update on Mommy and Big-head. Here's a little update on Mommy and Big-head. We are 36-weeks today! This week I will start having weekly doctor's appointments until Big-head arrives. I'm still doing GREAT and have a lot of energy. I'm starting to get a little more tired, but not nearly as bad as the first trimester. I think there may be some on my side/back/hips area.but I can't tell if they are new or old ones from puberty? Best moments this week:. We're definitely pros now!
