Monday, 20 February 2012. Well, we have settled in just fine after a really good flight. The weather though wintery is amazing with lots of sun and blue sky. I am feeling much better than I did on the last two visits. Looking back I was disabled with grief and was in a daze most of the time. Friday, 20 January 2012. Am having a can't sleep night again. Had a really busy day. Started with a visit to the nurse for my annual heart check up. BP good, pulse good. Weight, have put 4lbs on since I was weighed last year but remain overweight. Urine fine, blood sugar fine, Cholesterol 8 which is high. Nurse said with a score like that I most likely had the hereditary type? Other than arthritis in my hands and a dodgy knee which is slowly improving I am in good health? Monday, 30 November 2009. Eat Your Heart out Blackpool. We have twinkly lights around the deck, they stay still or flash on and off. We are entering into the spirit of Christmas big style. Tuesday, 31 January 2012. It's minus two with a stiff breeze from Siberia. Am back to sorting out cupboards. can't do much else when it is so cold and grey. Have enough bags for St Lukes Charity shop it almost looks like we are leaving home. Have one more wardrobe to do then we are sorted, so to speak. Have got two massive boxes of photographs to tackle after this. Should be fun? Well nothing else to report. Night All. xx. There will be plenty of football for Michael to watch here.
