The kids have been a bit sick, and I've been sick and tired of being home all of the time. This morning when I realized that the sun was KIND of shining, and there was no rain, I asked Jocelyn if she wanted to go to the park. In her very distinctive way, she said, "O-kye! She said. Friday, September 30, 2011. I don't really know what my style is yet, unless "snap-happy" is a style. Wednesday, January 18, 2012. I can't believe it took me so long to do this post! Back in July we were so surprised that our little one decided to come into the world two weeks early. We didn't have things ready to go at home, and I was expecting to have some more time off before baby #2 arrived. Instead, my water broke when I was 38 weeks along. It all went as well as can be expected, and we joyfully welcomed our strapping 7 pound 10 oz boy! 5:34 pm- Welcome, sweet boy! Nursing and Daddy snuggles.

Thursday, December 29, 2011. The holiday spirit to me means JOY. My main two sources of joy come from my faith and my family. And during the holidays, I am even more thankful for having them in my life. 1- Jocelyn is such a delightful girl, and I so loved experiencing the holiday season with her this year.
