The creative endeavors of an artsy, crafty, stay-at-home mama! Wednesday, January 11, 2012. On winter days when it's too cold to get outside I give the boys a sensory box to play with. Yesterday we had crazy cold winds, so I put together a construction sensory box for them. I mixed decorative gravel with some old instant coffee I found in the cupboard. It all started with this vintage yellow duvet I found at the thrift store. I am loving all things yellow lately! I also made some pillowcases for our body pillows out of a vintage sheet.
