I bought this ice cream sandwich about a week ago from Pumphouse Creamery. I’m really much more of a Sonny’s Ice Cream. Girl, but Pumphouse is located right next door to my office, so it’s amazing I don’t go in to indulge more than I do. Anyway, this was a supremely delicious combination of a Cookie Cart. I don’t regret the calories.
