Some people like booze. Me, I like the tryphtophan to make me sleepy, not bourbon. Posted by Steve @ 9:58 PM. I made a hard cider from some local juice back in July. It probably hasn't mellowed as much as I would like, but I will definitely be bringing a few bottles to dinner next week. I like a little bourbon with my tryptophan.
