We offer a person-centred approach to both the support we offer and the sign language living environment that we offer. Our staff have experience of working with people who have sensory loss and those who may have additional physical, emotional or mental health needs. All staff receive training in British Sign Language (BSL) in addition to mandatory training. In the grounds we have a greenhouse, a summerhouse and a woodwork shop, which can be accessed at any time independently or with support as required.

Will and Poonam were helping the team on Itchen Bridge in Southampton. Will became Sesame Streets’ Big Bird for the day and Poonam was very daring in her fancy dress…by donning a high viz vest.
