Monday, 27 April 2015. Sorry I was missing for a few days.I HAVE been busy as it was my Daughter, Natalie's 30th Birthday last week and she wanted a party. Can you guess that she loves Owls? I was really lucky to find this large Owl stamp at the Range for £1.99. It is coloured with copic pens. The banner was a pre made one at the Range , also on special offer. I added a little glitter and some 3D foam . I dusted off my making memories slice to cut the letters in different papers and punched out a circle.

Wednesday, 12 August 2015. This is just part of my desk today ( a dark wet day here in the south east of UK). I have been making the most of my time off and have managed to "play" every day this week . To the left is just a few of the items I have made ( I think I blogged 7 times since my last desk upload -It won't last! You can see details in other posts). Thursday, 6 August 2015. Look what the postman brought today . I am always late to catch onto stuff and I have seen them on various blogs and mostly thought - that looks messy. It IS messy , but such fun. Not sure yet what I shall do with them. They are a starting point, a base layer for stamping on or cutting up. I will show you them when they are "something.". Monday, 31 August 2015. August Week 5 UKS Challenge. I have set the weekly challenge over at UKS this week. The challenge : 10 points- Use floral paper. 10 Points-use a stencil. 10 points- use a butterfly. I chose two very different styles. The first one - lovely and bright. Thursday, 13 August 2015. Pastel Poppies and Gelliplate. So , I am still playing with the poppy stamps ( getting my money's worth ;) . Today I got the Gelliplate out and now I have four more acrylic colours, I though I'd have a play. I took about 7 or 8 Pressings this time in greens, pinks and lemon.
