Connecting SoonerCare Providers Statewide. The Sooner Health Access Network (HAN) offers services at no cost to enhance and extend the SoonerCare Patient - Centered Medical Home (PCMH). There are tangible benefits for you and your patients. The program is the only one of its kind to be approved by OHCA. With approval from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, the Sooner HAN is creating a network of SoonerCare Providers. The Sooner HAN offers value-added services to support your work.
