Chirping Monkeys: Let the Festivities Begin!
http://chirpingmonkey.blogspot.com/2010/11/let-festivities-begin.html
Sunday, November 7, 2010. Let the Festivities Begin! I've seen it coming. Even before I started thinking about colorful leaves and halloween costumes, the first hints of Christmas started to appear. A handful of holiday decorations in the stores, the big toy dream book in the mail, a commercial here and there hinting at trees and garland. No matter how much advanced notice I get, Christmas seems to sneak up on me every year. Inspired by other - especially my MEF - I vowed to start shopping early this yea...

Chirping Monkeys: August 2010
http://chirpingmonkey.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 24, 2010. M&M's go to Cali. OK, we didn't really go to Cali but little Miss M thought it was so far away that we had to be in California about 15-20 minutes into our trip! We were only going about 30 miles from home,. Not the 1830 it would take to get to Disneyland! What is better than ice cream on a warm summer night? I am so in love with those blue eyes. This is the "normal" face I get when I ask her to pose for me! Someone seems to be channeling Ed Grimley! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Chirping Monkeys: March 2010
http://chirpingmonkey.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 16, 2010. I managed to make it back to the car barefoot without stabbing myself with a stick or kicking a grave marker. Things were looking up. We shared a wonderful meal with the family and then headed home. Wanting to make the most of a nice day and to try to work off a huge meal, Mr. M and I decided to take Coal for a walk. Let's see how I feel in the morning. I know understand what Skaterboy feels like when he flings himself off a skateboard at high speeds! Tuesday, March 9, 2010.

Chirping Monkeys: July 2010
http://chirpingmonkey.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 30, 2010. My Momma is Crazy! I love my Mother-I really do-. But there are times that I think she is a little bit off her rocker! Mom has always had a passion for sewing, I don't think any big event in my life as a child ever included a store bought dress. Graduations, proms, dances -. All beautifully dressed in my Mother's wonderful creations. Recently, she has been creating costumes for the local theatre groups. Some shows are easy, some are not. But I'm pretty sure it is substantial. I can...

These things don't happen to normal people. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. There's a new post over at www.jencorzine.wordpress.com. I won't be posting here anymore so go find me there! Friday, January 21, 2011. Happy Squirrel Appreciation Day. A few days ago our maintenance man came into the office and said that some very large rodent was running around in the ceiling. Apparently he was just sharing that info because there sure as heck wasn’t anything any of us women were going to do about it. Um, hello....

these things don't happen to normal people: Tyler Kitty
http://healthydoseofgrace.blogspot.com/2011/01/tyler-kitty.html
These things don't happen to normal people. Monday, January 10, 2011. Y'all this is my homeboy Tyler. Also known as Kitty Kitty. Also known as Buddy. Also known as Mister Sister. Also known as Jesus with fur. (In a completely loving and non-sacrilegious way.). While it sounds like I've ever experienced that, I haven't. Truly. But I imagine that's kind of what it would be like. But Ty here, well he has become a regular in the cast of characters of my life and I feel it's important to share him with you all.
