Wednesday, May 30, 2007. The Blog Shifted to Mark's Makan. I don't like to be in comfort zone for long and this title Good Food Good Life has been over 18 months. Further to that, the site name and the blog title doesn't match and I feel it sound too serious. Like to change it a little for it to grow. Just like a pot of plant, too long in the same pot, it get tired. Let's change to a new pot with new soil, it may grows better! Sorry for any inconvenient, but hey. just a click away! Monday, March 08, 2010. I couldn't get out of bed this morning. My head hurt, I felt like throwing up, but most of all, I was so depressed I could not move. Did not want to move. I had slept for over 10 hours but I could only continue sleeping some more. This body simply could not muster the energy to move. What have I done so wrong in a past life, or in my present life, to deserve getting my heart stomped on repeatedly? Everything had been said, nothing could change your mind. What is wrong with me?

Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Fun Time in the Garden and Some Dog Humour. Loves his playtime in the garden. He has come to treat the garden/lawn as his personal territory. Even from inside the house, he would lie down near the sliding door with an open view of the garden. At the first sight of any creature that happens to cross his precious territory, he would sprints off to chase the creature away! Some tickling fun that I saw this in the dailies the other day. Tuesday, 22 January 2008. I was guessing what caused the accident. and i guess it was blackie (our compound half stray guard dog) barked and chased the girls and they got scared and lost control. My guess was right. i went downstairs and heard from bebe's mother saying those people were looking for blackie if they found her.they will beat her to death. i thought they might gave up when after a while searching for her. Thursday, July 30, 2009. How was I doing? Even though it increased so much, my tummy is still as small as a winter melon. I really have no idea where has all the weight spread to. My thigh? Ohfor sure some has creep up to my face.cause it's been chubbier and obvious to all. Maybe I should ask him on the next round visit. At least, I'll know that I'm not the only one gaining weight.
