Huntsville Haven: smiles. eggs and trains
http://huntsvillehaven.blogspot.com/2009/05/smiles-eggs-and-trains.html
Sunday, May 31, 2009. Smiles. eggs and trains. All I wanted for Mother's Day was a cute picture of my kids all together, smiling, with clean clothes, loving each other. In other words, all I wanted was the near impossible. It didn't help that I was grumpy, and I attempted this feat right after 3 hours of church, but thanks to my mom, we prevailed. She almost gave herself a hernia standing behind me making faces as I took the pictures. We took the kids to the the "Day out with Thomas" train ride in Heber.

Georgi Adventures: November 2009
http://georgi-adventures.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 6, 2009. So most of you know that we took at 2 week vacation to China. It was really good to get away for a solid block of time but also really good to get back. China was definitely different than what we expected. The next site that I really enjoyed was the Terracotta Warriors. Some historical sites are impressive because of their sheer size. The warriors definitely qualify as such. Literally thousands of soldiers made out of clay, each with different faces. Amazing.

Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Adventures in Houston (Week 2). My hotel in Houston had a breakfast bar, but the waffle maker was something else. All I have to say is. only in Texas. I was also able to make it to the Houston Temple. It was beautiful with subtle stained glass windows. It was a fantastic peaceful break in the middle of my week. Saturday, November 6, 2010. Monday, May 2, 2011. Adventures in Skagit Valley. We decided to go to Arizona for Easter. We were super excited to see our nieces and nephews and their folks. The kids were so cute and fun to play with. We enjoyed all kinds of festivities including Easter egg dying. We had a great time. Sean created some pretty masterful eggs, including a Charlie Brown Shirt, a sunset over water and a organic egg with roots and trees. We snagged 3 easy finds and dropped of 2 travel bugs. Amberlyn loved signing the lo...

Monday, April 4, 2011. On March 17 we celebrated St. Patrick's Day and Sean's birthday! Sean was all decked out in his favorite color and so were his gifts. We kept the green theme going with green chili enchiladas for his birthday dinner and a green mint ice cream cake with a brownie crust. Yum! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Georgi Adventures: That's Dr. Adventure to you
http://georgi-adventures.blogspot.com/2011/07/thats-dr-adventure-to-you.html
Monday, July 25, 2011. That's Dr. Adventure to you. We took a few pictures in advance to send out with the invitation so this may be a repeat for a few of you, but we like it. Doesn't he look sharp in his sweet tam (that's the hat) and robes? I took all of these. He was able to sit next to one of his former roommates, Joe Dee who also just finished up his PhD. I'm the wife of a Dr. Whoot! Also in honor of his graduation I put on my domestic hat, so to speak and whipped up a tam shaped cake. I love the ca...
