Vegan Navy beans stew - فاصولياء بيضاء نباتيه. أكله نباتيه، سهله و لذيذة. بالإمكان طبخها مع قطع اللحم بالعظم او بدونه. نصف كيلوغرام من الفاصوليا البيضاء الجافه. يتم نقع الفاصوليا الناشفه لحوالي ١٢ساعده قبل الطبخ, تصفّى من ماء النقع و تُغلى بماء جديد حتى يتم نضج حبات الفاصوليه.
