Shey and I drove to Augusta for a long ride this past weekend. I met up with Elizabeth and agreed to ride as much as she needed to for the day. The weather was perfect. Overcast and burning off into a lovely sunny day. Not too hot. She schooled me completely. Great time and I was happy to be out there!

The weather has been great! The boys do this thing I like to call "standing on a rock". They have always done it. Shey raced a Chain Buster race. Jansen and I were riding the Hard Labor trails, but stopped by his race on our way home and caught his last lap. This was filled in and IHP will probably reseed.

Most of my friends have learned it is much more fun to celebrate our birthdays for at least a week.usually a month. So, July was a blast. Lots of time playing outside and eating chocolate. Riding and hiking with my boys. We had time to eat at a nearby pub and the food and beer were GREAT! Thanks for a great birthday, babe! Fulton Flyers Devo Team.

The weekend after Christmas, Jansen and I picked up Jafer and headed to Mulberry Gap. Wes was there too and the three guys took off together. We were trying to beat the rain, but it started sleeting about 10 minutes into our ride. Then a light rain followed. The creeks were running strong and the woods were so pretty. Long rides with great views. Long gravel runs around the Bear Creek. Friends getting super tattoos. A lovely stay at Mulberry Gap cabins, with a nice visit with the ladies there. Camping and riding with my boys. Single track with my guys. Not quite there yet. Oooh, I LOVE fire! Walking and riding the path at the Monastery.
