We had to get ready for the holidays and for me going into thyroid surgery on the 28th. So now that they are both over and the kids are back in school I can get this updated. Tuesday, October 25, 2011. October 25, 2011. RAD child rarely feel they need help, and never ask for it. They like to turn situations like this into a control battle. Macy is finally enjoying learning! The next step should be wanting to work on her life and what she needs to do to want to be part of our family. A Chunk of Chesley. Sunday, January 12, 2014. The Rest of the Break. I love Christmas Break - not just for the holidays but for all the other"stuff". Our good friends have gotten us Buffalo Wild Wing and Fiesta Bowl tickets for the last few years, it is our anniversary, Loren usually takes a few days off and the weather is usually perfect - recipe for good times. The weather was wonderful, we hiked the San Tans one day, I walked most days the wash by our house - I love winter in Arizona!
