Office Hours and Direction. 오십견은 주로 40 50대 이상에게 일어나며 만성적인 어깨 관절의 통증과 특히 능등적 및 수동적 운동 범위가 모두 감소하는 질환을 말합니다. 오십견은 특별한 원인 없이 발생하는 특발성 오십견과 다른 질환에 병발되어 발생하는 이차성 오십견으로 구분되며 동결견, 유착성견관절염, 견관절주위염, 유착성점액낭염 등으로도 불립니다. 대부분 원인을 알수 없으나 일부에서는 경미한 관절의 염좌(삠)를 호소하기는 하지만, 그것이 원인인지 아니면 오십견의 초기 증상인지는 명확하지 않습니다. 초기에 약간의 뻐근함이나 어깨 운동시 통증이 있으나 환자는 삐었거나 잠을 잘못 잤다고 생각하고 방치하다가 점차 통증이 증가하여, 밤에 쑤시어 잠을 자기가 어렵고, 머리를 감거나 등을 긁는데 또는 옷을 입을 때 팔을 넣기가 힘이 들게 됩니다.
