My schooling consists of between two- three years of schooling in Terrace and then after that I have to take the remaining 3 years in Vancouver at UBC. I'm really excited to go to UBC! I miss Vancouver so much. So anyways that is my life update. Thursday, August 25, 2011. Whole Grain Yam-Banana Muffins. Today I made Yam Banana Muffins! They turned out really well! I was kinda nervous because frankly it was such a strange combination, but they tasted great! I have to admit, taking photos was the most fun part of it all :). 100 g all-purpose flour (about 3/4 cup). 100 g whole wheat pastry flour (about 3/4 cup). 100 g brown sugar (about 1/2 cup). 10 g baking powder (about 2 teaspoons). 2 g salt (about 1/2 teaspoon). 1 large egg, lightly beaten.
