Coffee Shop and Restaurant. Scenery and Nature Drives. In spite of the adverse circumstances in the desert, you can find a wide variety of flora and fauna that has adopted to survive. You can easily take the C27 to Sesriem. The street is not in perfect condition - that is why we would not recommend you to drive this way with a "low car" like a VW Polo. Anne Goes Africa with Tijl. 9 mei: Sossusvlei, Death Vlei, Sesriem Canyon. Zaterdag 10 mei 2014 16:34. Deze voormiddag besloten we om de sossusvlei te gaan bezichtigen. Het was toch een 45 minuten rijden tot daar. Af en toe een antilope, een springbok. Daar aangekomen, zagen we natuurlijk enkel maar hoge duinen en we pikten er 1 uit met 1 doel: op de top geraken! Om tot de sossusvlei. Te geraken, moesten we 5 km 4x4'ren. Met hier en daar een slingeraap. Ik vloog er meteen op met liefkozingen en aaitjes.

Whenever you are in South Africa, it's worth a trip to see the whales, I promise! You can go there by bus, by train, by car and if you are really sporty then you can even go there by bike or walk. Once you've seen Hermanus - the whale watching place, you will come back to see the whales, it's just amazing.
