This Is Not An Exit. Upwards Over the Mountain. Sunday, April 06, 2008. So that's how the Times Call earns money. Since Bryce is no longer able to regail us with amusing anecdotes from Longmont's finest, I'll do so in his stead. From the "A Bit Odd" section in today's paper:. Ads too violent for Costa Rica. Lord knows what kind of damage could have been done if the paper hadn't clarified how sensitive and culturally aware Burger King is. RIYL- Radiohead. What else can you say? This Is Not An Exit. Upwards Over the Mountain. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. Should I start a label for robot posts? Just sayin'. I'm still in training right now, but I'll be on the beat starting November 4th. That date seems so familiar for some reason. Oh well, it can't possibly be important. For today's musical interlude I bring you Keenon the robot dancing to Spoon's "Don't You Evah.". Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Portland, Oregon, United States. View my complete profile. Langdoness: Our Black Swallowtail
http://langdoness.blogspot.com/2010/07/our-black-swallowtail.html
Female Langdon, by marriage. Thursday, July 22, 2010. Today we discovered a big green caterpillar in our parsley plant. Bryan researched it and we're pretty sure our visitor is a caterpillar of a black swallowtail butterfly. A few days ago, Bryan had noticed these yellow eggs on the parsley, but didn't know what they were. Yea for life in Brooklyn! Here are some of our tasty tomatoes. Yum yum. View my complete profile. Friday, June 23. Here's the background for my previous post, which was a response to a friend of a friend who wrote an email about the Proverbs 31 woman. His contention was that the Old Testament promises are under a different covenant and therefore don't apply to us. So I believe most of the promis...

Live From Bangkok
http://norainbangkok.blogspot.com/2009/05/normal-im-back-in-bangkok-for-month.html
Friday, May 15, 2009. I'm back in Bangkok for a month, after being away for a year. It rained for the first 24 hours and I remembered how much the rain impacted my writing while I was here. I mostly wrote poems, and I think there was some new description of rain in most of them. It's the start of the rainy season, which I enjoy because it's the weather most distinct from the American midwest. Did I mention it's nice to be back? Please God, Please, Don't Let Me Be Normal-.

This Is Not An Exit. Upwards Over the Mountain. Thursday, April 03, 2008. Oh No She Didn't. I was just reading some of Bryce's. Many times I am thinking to myself that Bryce will probably end up doing it. Which is sort of one part laziness and one part competitiveness. Weird, I know. Watching Bryce evolve as a blogger and reflecting on how much I love blogs made me very thankful that I ever discovered blogs in the first place. 2 I Blame The Patriarchy.
