The previous time i logged in to the Live Chat service of AirAsia, I need to wait for freaking 253 minutes (4 hours 13 minutes) to reach my turn. I tried the Live Chat again yesterday to test out how great and how helpful the service is. I have to wait for 153 minutes (2 hours 33 minutes) - as stated by the system.
