I cannot remember a time in my life when I didn’t feel fat. The extent of this problem became clear to me today when I chose not to go to a reunion picnic (old friends from high school) because I feel fat. I figured they would look at me and say, “Wow, Kim got fat,” and that would be all they would see. And the list goes on.

New Years Resolutions for 2015. For the upcoming year I've managed to cull my Resolutions and Goals list back a little bit to the more important things that I really want to work on.
