Full Health Audio is the audio services of Troy Grooms. Formerly in Nashville, I am now based in Austin, TX. Looking back, he's the standard I constantly compare myself to as I build a freelance audio career. I volunteered at a Notes for Notes. I have had the opportunity to record and mix several musicians in Nashville and to do sound design for several games created by members of the growing Nashville Game Dev. Eddie Marianukroh Composer Solo Artist. SpaceForce, Intific Promo. March 27, 2015. I found a promo on Youtube that I wrote a piece of music for a little while ago under The Sound Department – Austin. For Intific’s game, SpaceForce. This program also had a research component that partnered Intific’s game developers with The National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing at UCLA researchers to gain a better understanding of how children learn using educational games.
