Thursday, January 5, 2012. Lemon Ginger Asparagus, quick and easy stir-fry Asparagus ready in minutes, can be served as starter or side dish. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. Ginger - 2 inch piece. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp. Olive oil - 1 tsp. Melted Butter / Ghee - 1/4 tsp. Pepper power - 1/4 tsp. Salt - to taste. Snap and discard bottom hard portion of Asparagus. In medium heat add oil and fry cumin seeds. Add finely chopped ginger, lemon juice, salt and cook for a min. Add pepper powder and mix well.

Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Pineapple fried rice, made with chunks of fresh pineapple, veggies served in pineapple shell. Pineapple cubed - 1 cup. Basmati rice - 2 cup. Ginger - 1 inch. Green peas - 1/4 cup. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp. Pepper powder - 2 tsp. Soy Sauce - 1 tsp. Maggi tastemaker - few drops. Extra Firm tofu cubed - 1 cup. Coconut milk - 1/4 cup. Butter - 1 tbsp. Soak Basmati rice for 15 mins, wash and rinse. Heat pan, add oil and fry cubed tofu and keep it aside. Add fried tofu and mix.

Monday, April 11, 2011. Sooji Mango Cake, sooji mixed with mango pulp is low-calorie, soft and moist cake. Coarse rava/semolina/sooji - 1/2 cup. Fine rava/semolina/sooji - 1/2 cup. Sweetened Mango pulp - 1 cup. Butter - 1/2 cup. Sugar - 1/4 cup. Baking powder - 1 tsp. Mix coarse rava, fine rava, sugar, baking powder and powdered cardamom. Turkey and Chorizo Chilli. 441g Turkey breast (cubed). 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 clove of garlic (or minced garlic). 1 tbsp hot chipotle bbq sauce. 1/4 tsp lazy chillis. 200g drained chick peas. 1 cup chopped mixed peppers. Heat your oil in a wok/large saucepan. Brown off your turkey in a wok then after a few minutes add the chorizo. Simmer for about 20 mins. Monday, 20 August 2012.

This curry is so delicious . creamy and an absolutly beautiful taste. It's really easy to make as well . here's the recipe,. 2 sweet potatoes (cubed). 200g spinach (roughly chopped). 400g coconut milk ( I use the low fat stuff). Madras curry paste ( i use about 2 tbsps but its up to you). Fry the chopped onions. Stir through spinach until wilted.
