Saturday, August 23, 2014. I have a new website! It's been awhile since my last post, but for good reason. This past Spring, I attended job interviews, accepted a new position, defended my dissertation and graduated, moved to New York state, and created a syllabus for a new class! I'm now the Assistant Professor for Interdisciplinary and Digital Teaching and Scholarship. At SUNY New Paltz. And I'm teaching a 19th Century interdisciplinary digital humanities class themed around Sherlock Holmes's London.

Monday, August 5, 2013. Songs of the Victorians is complete! I am happy to report that with today's release of Arthur Somervell's "Come into the Garden, Maud" (1898). Songs of the Victorians. This song joins three others- -Caroline Norton's "Juanita". 1853), Michael William Balfe's "Come into the Garden, Maud". 1857), and Sir Arthur Sullivan's "The Lost Chord". 1877)- and, as before, includes an archive page. Unlike Balfe's parlor song setting. I'd love to hear your thoughts on Songs of the Victorians.
