The following recipe has been in my mother’s repertoire for quite sometime… and after a brief conversation with her, it became clear it was passed on from her mother, a Ukrainian immigrant. So here it is… The Ukrainian take on Teriyaki. 15 lbs round steak or sirloin (chuck steak). 1 can beef consomme (beef broth). 1/4 c soy sauce.

I guess I am allowed to, but I am afraid of being judged for it. Pizza with Pepperoni, Red Pepper and Onion. Homemade pizza is great. It’s easy and relatively quick… Not to mention you. Where the ingredients are coming from. Oh, and it’s amazingly delicious. I use Emeril’s pizza dough recipe. The Food Network has been a good resource for me.
