The Alpine Kmetzsch's: December 2014
http://alpinekmetzschs.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 27, 2014. We had a very Merry Christmas and we hope you did too! The traditional Christmas Eve pjs. Brock was so excited. Carter was mostly. disappointed. I guess he's not a big fan of the Plane's movie. Mark was ecstatic for his ACDC pjs. I'm not even lying when I say he almost cried. Kayli was pretty "Happy, Happy, Happy" with hers. Greg got his traditional package of socks from a good friend, I'd say he's pretty happy about it. All ready for the BIG day! Carter, looking and probably...

The Alpine Kmetzsch's: March 2015
http://alpinekmetzschs.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 27, 2015. Our visitors from "down under" are here and I could not be happier! They survived their long flight and actually have smiles on their faces. Shae is about the cutest thing ever and so excited about everything! Charlie modeling some of her cousins hand-me-down winter gear. (No snow in Australia.). Charlie is pretty enamored with these two. They play very well together. Seriously, Charlie is "IN LOVE". The time is already going too quickly, but we're enjoying every moment of it!

The Alpine Kmetzsch's: May 2015

Friday, May 29, 2015. Seminary graduation was Sunday evening for Kayli and it was a very nice program. The church hallway doesn't have the best light. Uncle Nathan and Aunt Kristin popped in and showed their support for Kayli. A good portion of the seminary graduates from our ward along with our great Bishop. Isaac being called up to the front, just like a real graduation ceremony. Right before leaving for the big event. Here's the group there supporting Kayli. (Don't miss Heidi at the end peaking ou...

The Alpine Kmetzsch's: May 2014

Saturday, May 31, 2014. My kids are now officially BORED! I'm officially already, ready for school to start again, NOT :-). Carter's baseball season is over, Mark's will be done next week and right now his team is #1 and hopefully they'll win the tournament too. The highlight was 'tent city' in our backyard this weekend with all of Greg's family minus his baby sister Melissa and her family. Besides an "all nighter" by a few rebels it was fun and a family tradition my kids absolutely LOVE! Don't be shocke...

The Alpine Kmetzsch's: Mother's Day and a 1st grader
http://alpinekmetzschs.blogspot.com/2015/05/mothers-day-and-1st-grader.html
Friday, May 15, 2015. Mother's Day and a 1st grader. This year for Mother's Day my only request was not to be given a receipt after given a gift. There's nothing more depressing than writing down the amount of your gift in a check register that has very little funds in it. I did give Greg coupons for Papa Murphy's pizza and pots of flowers in case he needed a little inspiration. He executed everything perfectly, and NO RECEIPT! Now I have to come up with money for what he was saving up for.). I'll try to...

Blue eyeshadow to go with Shae's cute blue shirt. McClane is oblivious to his surroundings.). Proud dad and daughter. Annoyed daughter and Crazy Father! Charlie thought this was great, Kayli DID NOT! Take #2, (Todd forget the corsage in the car and had to go back and come in a second time.). Greg has CRAZY eyes! The only other p...

The Alpine Kmetzsch's: February 2015
http://alpinekmetzschs.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 28, 2015. Isaac had his 7th grade physical and Charlie got another chance to play peekaboo in the cupboard and this time I remembered to take a photo or two. Peeaboo" is what she's about to say. (She can't say her 'k's.). Then my youngest sister, Marie, sent me this photo. Which inspired me to do this. And here's a photo with the K. Maybe next Saturday but I'm not promising anything. Greg and Shirley Kmetzsch. Saturday, February 21, 2015. So for the past few years we've celebrated Vale...

The Alpine Kmetzsch's: November 2014
http://alpinekmetzschs.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 28, 2014. The week of Thanksgiving. It's been a full and fabulous week! Isaac, completely on his own initiative, met with the Bishops counselor after church on Sunday so he could interview for his first Temple recommend. Moments like these are priceless! Then Greg unveiled the siding project he's been working on. Here's the before.kind of. There's still quite a bit of work still to do but it's looking great so far. Greg is simply amazing! And in this one too. Let it Go, Let it Go". And t...

The Alpine Kmetzsch's: January 2015
http://alpinekmetzschs.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 30, 2015. While trying to improve the exterior of our house I thought it would be nice to change out our house numbers from the burgundy colored ones to some metal ones. I found some really cool aluminum ones online and ordered them thinking they would be perfect. I may or may not have looked at the description and specifications before ordering. Here's what came in the mail. One inch compared to four. Just a slight size difference! Oh well, the small ones might look cute on the mailbox.
