Горховый суп с ветчиной. Положите горох в большую миску и залейте водой. Оставьте на 6 часов или на ночь, чтобы горох хорошо размок. Слейте воду. Нагрейте масло в большой кастрюле на среднем огне. Добавить лук, морковь, сельдерей и обаривать, часто помешивая, в течении 10 минут. Добавить горох, ветчину и воду. Накройте крышкой и доведите до кипения. Уменьшить огонь до среднего и тушить, периодически помешивая, в течение часа или пока суп загустеет. Снимите с огня. Подавать с поджаренными тостами.
