Thursday, March 21, 2013. Going somewhere, getting nowhere. There's something about having an end date, and destination, to a tour that puts a slight dampener on it for me. Truthfully though, without an end date, or destination, I would probably slow to a crawl that's so slow I would probably never leave. Is that a bad thing? What if it doesn't? South America in 7 weeks. Two asian girls on a shoestring budget in South America. We flew into Peru from San Francisco, had a fantastic whirlwind tour of this Inca City, then flew into Chile before traveling overland to the lake district (almost the pantagonia) Argentina, then tropical Brazil and finally back to SF. Fun and fitness event for adults, and the Aquathlon. Is a swim and run events for the children. Organised for triathletes of all abilities and ages (last year we had an entrant who was 74 years young! The event is now in its 9th year. If you’d like to raise money for your preferred charity. Or to race for fun only that’s fine too!

Southam has been twinned with Marolles en Hurepoix, a small town about 25 miles to the south of Paris, since 1992. The Twinning Association aims to foster relations between the two towns. It is a voluntary organisation and membership is open to all interested individuals, families, clubs and other bodies from Southam and the surrounding area.
