Recipes for High Protein Snacks. 1/3 cup soy flour. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour. 1/2 tsp. salt. 2 tsp baking soda. 1 1/4 cup nonfat milk. 3 Tbsp. honey. Mix dry ingredients together. Beat liquid ingredients together and add to dry, beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into lined muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
