Tuesday, August 13, 2013. So we headed north again to beautiful Bend Oregon, and this time we brought the Nussbaums along. A drive that started at 4:30 am and finished around 6:30pm. Wendy and I met Conrad and Brendan in Sacramento, they had been on their own little journey the last few days. So we are here safe, and ready to have a great trip. But first, some much needed sleep. He is almost to the end of his Kindergarten road, and it has been an amazing year. It has been incredible to see him transform and learn so much in such a short span of time. For Shilo and Thatcher.the greatest gifts of my life! Sunday, June 21, 2009. Dear Pull Up Fairy. When Shilo woke up on Saturday morning she was elated to see that magic really did happen. Next to her bed was a special note from the pull up fairy and a little gift just for her. Her note read, "Dear Shilo, congratulations! What a big girl you are. No more pull ups. terrific! Love, the pull up fairy.". With this very special note was some new princess undies, pink nailpolish and some new sparkle jelly shoes!
