CG Animation – Wall Climb. Here is an animation using another rig from ‘Digital Tutors.’. This animation is part of a tutorial lesson where I learned to animate a simple wall climb. Afterwards, I added a building climb sequence to further practice what I learned. Less key poses were created and instead only the absolute essential poses were blocked into the animation which made posing a whole lot easier. Several techniques were incorporated into this animation including animation subtracks (both overrides and additive), poses, auxiliary effectors, slow motion tweening, and simple ragdoll/rigid body dynamics. CG Animation – 11 Second Club [Jan2014]. Here is my third entry for ‘The ll Second Club.’ This entry was very fun because it had overlaps in dialogue and was taken from one of my favorite films, Star Trek (2009). Finally it was onto animating! The voting was relatively simple this time and only had to review 103 entries. There was of course a lot of great entries with interesting scene choices.
