It's easy to make and taste great. 1 ½ cups Dark Brown Sugar, packed. 1 ¼ cups Ketchup. 189; cup Red Wine Vinegar. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce. 2 ½ teaspoons Ground Mustard. 2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper. 1 ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt. 1 teaspoon Black Pepper. 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke. Note: The original recipe can be found here. 4 lb chuck roast. 2 bell peppers (sliced). 1 red onion (sliced). 3 jalapenos (sliced. Remove seeds for a milder heat). 6 garlic cloves (minced). 189; cup Worcestershire sauce. 1 - 12oz bottle Guinness Extra Stout. Kosher salt and black pepper. This has become one of my favorite pork tenderloin recipes to make in the over but I decided to try it on my new smoker/grill to see how it would compare. It turned out great and just as good as the oven version. 1 ¾ to 2 pounds pork tenderloin. Canola oil, for searing. 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary. 189; cup balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard. Baked Mac and Cheese.

Monday, August 3, 2015. Out of this World Beef Jerky. After 3 hours of smoking at 165°, the jerky looked great. I removed the first (traditional) batch after 6 hrs of smoking and it was incredible. I'm letting the teriyaki batch go a bit longer so I can compare consistencies. Here is the recipe I used for the traditional beef jerky (thanks Marshall! 1 ½ - 2 lbs Flank Steak or Rump Roast. 188; cup soy sauce. 188; cup Worcestershire sauce. 189; tsp pepper. 1 tsp onion salt. 1 tsp garlic powder.

Wednesday, August 12, 2015. BBQ Center Cut Pork Chops. This is a quick and easy dish, perfect for weeknight grilling. I bought 4 boneless center cut pork chops and seasoned them on both sides with Memphis Dust rub. After preheating the grill to 400 °. I placed the pork chops on the grill and cooked for 5 minutes on the first side. After 5 minutes, I flipped the pork chops and applied Mike's BBQ sauce. As the internal temperature approached 140 °. I flipped once again and applied sauce to the other side.
