And Then There Were FOUR: February 2011
http://virginiamosses.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
And Then There Were FOUR. Sunday, February 27, 2011. Ohh What a Weekend! To make a long story short Taylor has had a few bed swaps lately. We moved her to her big girl bed in December right before her brother made his debut. In a nut shell she quickly went back into the crib after his arrival. She is quite the con artist who can escape from anything. Last week she finally figured out how to climb out of her crib even with the mattress. She climbs in and out of her bed with her 3 lovies. For more then 5 m...

And Then There Were FOUR: October 2010
http://virginiamosses.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
And Then There Were FOUR. Monday, October 11, 2010. I Have Been Camera Happy. So Prepare Yourself! Swinging on the tire horse swing. Walking into the barn to go play in the hay. Pushing a dump truck. I try so hard to make her girly, but she always seems to want to play with the dump trucks, John Deere tractors, and dirt! I am blaming this on all the boys in her life. As you can see Taylor LOVES swings! Of course Taylor found the farms dog. Chillin with some pumpkins. Ohh how I have missed that face. Angel...

A Page In Our Book: January 2014
http://apageinourbook.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
A Page In Our Book. Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Back in December Grant had his first haircut. Matt had been asking me to cut his hair since his first birthday in June and I couldn't bring myself to do it! Those sweet blonde curls! How could I cut them? Truth is those curls required a lot of maintenance :) Lots of time with the brush and comb. Not your typical 18 month old's idea of fun. Most days those curls ended up looking like this. It's a big transition from baby to big boy! It grows fast too :).

A Page In Our Book: TRAVEL
http://apageinourbook.blogspot.com/2014/02/travel.html
A Page In Our Book. Saturday, February 15, 2014. Whew Traveling with a toddler is quite an experience. We've made a few trips the past few months and each required quite a bit of time in the car. If you didn't already know…toddlers aren't a fan of being strapped in a confining area for any length of time. Mine also doesn't like the sun in his eyes. We traveled back to VA over Christmas and it was wonderful! SNACKS. Grant ate his way through the better part of 6 hours in the car! 3 hours in…. Our plan was...

A Page In Our Book: November 2013
http://apageinourbook.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
A Page In Our Book. Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Welcome to Grant's corner of the den :). Then I read this. I, of course, followed her link to The Intelligent Nest post. And started reading all about the Montessori philosophy. I totally bought into it. Why did Montessori think that order was so important? I rotate them once a week and sometimes I'll keep new toys out for two weeks.I also keep a few toys in his room and sometimes I just rotate them from upstairs to down for the variety. A Page In Our Book: Happy New Year!
http://apageinourbook.blogspot.com/2014/01/happy-new-year.html
A Page In Our Book. Wednesday, January 8, 2014. A few days late…this poor blog. I'm going to keep writing when I can because I love having a record of what we've been up to! It has been frigid here. The ice has taken over. See exhibit A. It finally warmed up enough this weekend for us to get out and enjoy the snow :) Meg was visiting so we took advantage of the extra set of hands and headed up to Sugarbush for the day. Grant spent his time wandering around the lodge, loving every minute.

A Page In Our Book: Before and After Bathroom Pics
http://apageinourbook.blogspot.com/2014/10/before-and-after-bathroom-pics.html
A Page In Our Book. Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Before and After Bathroom Pics. I still can't believe our bathrooms are actually finished. 2 bathrooms (small ones) and we had to move out for 2 months. They weren't done when we moved back in…we waited another 2 weeks for that and then another 2 weeks until the glass doors in our master shower were installed. We lived at my parents' camp. SO thankful for that! However, I can say now that I'm looking back that it was worth it! Just a lovely space. Same sto...
