Just two of us left after the 12 left us for White Rock yesterday and then back later in the week to Red Deer for the 8 cousins. We have had a fun filled week. Unfortunately the weather clouded over for their last day so Mexican train dominoes caught the attention of the 6 youngest guests. On this occasion we took along 2 Americans, hopefully soon to be Canadians, Bobbi and John. They have the house with the awesome view. Galiano is the big island in this view and Wallace in the middle. As always, we could not resist the fish and chips and glass of beer! And here is my favourite hummingbird, although the pub is pretty good too. No end to summer. Peace and quiet – almost.
