Chopped onions - 1/4 cup. Green chilli - 4 (cut slit into 1/2). Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp. Fennel seeds - 1 tsp. Bay leaves - 3. Cashew nut - 5. Soak the rice for minimum 10 minutes and drain the water. In a pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee and slightly fry the rice for 2-3 minutes and keep it aside. Labels: Ghee Rice Recipe.

Lime juice - 1 tsp. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp. Red color - 1 drop. Coriander leaves for garnish. Mix chicken with red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, lime, ginger garlic paste, red color and salt and Marinate for 1 hour. Heat oil in a frying pan. Deep fry chicken in medium heat until tender.

Saturday, June 20, 2015. Heat ½ Tbsp oil in a pan, add the red chilies and fry for 5 seconds. Add roughly chopped onions, peeled garlic cloves and salt. Fry for 2 minutes. Add roughly chopped tomatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the coriander leaves and cook for a minute. Transfer the mixture into a plate and let it cool. Once the mixture has cooled down, grind it into a fine paste. Lastly, mix this seasoning with the ground chutney paste. Serve with idly or dosa. Posted by Sundara muthu.
