Damn i so agree with this. the library in pasadena is terrible for its noise pollution-no one bothers to turn off cell phones anymore. what the author did not mention is how this library is also increasingly used by homeless people as a place to hide away before shelters open at nite, often sleeping on tables and cleaning in the restrooms.
