Tuesday, August 17, 2010. Raise your hand if you get up two hours before work every morning to exercise. Raise your hand if your children or spouse do. Keep hands raised if both apply. Seeing no hands. Immediately overtook me. I turned to see who was running fast. At me and was surprised by the sweetness of what I saw. Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Eggs and canadian bacon. Handful of Cheez-Its. Marshmallow puff. Fried chicken sandwich and french fries (dipped, OF COURSE, in rotating cups of honey mustard, ranch, and ketchup). Caramel Cadbury egg. Teriyaki chicken sub. You thought it was New Orleans, but FAT Tuesday is really celebrated in Abbeville, SC! What they forgot to mention about this. Fun little holiday is what comes after.the self-loathing and guilt. WHY did I eat that? I can STILL smell them. Funny how that happens!
