Taste of Tremont | Bon vivant à Cleveland
https://bonvivantacleveland.wordpress.com/2010/07/18/taste-of-tremont
Feeding my soul one plate at a time. Bon vivant à Cleveland. On July 18, 2010. I’ve been looking forward to the Taste of Tremont all week, imagining the delicious tidbits available at each tent! Luckily, Bruhs and I started at a tried and true restaurant, Lolita. The next dish was a disaster. The shrimp from Fat Cats. Next we decided to try Ty Fun. 8216;s vegetarian pad thai. It was beautiful to look at but rather bland. Definitely doesn’t hold a candle to the pad thai at Mint Cafe. One of my favorite ve...

Party on the Patio | The Incredibly Enthusiastic Girl
https://gigglespisano.wordpress.com/2013/07/07/party-on-the-patio
The Incredibly Enthusiastic Girl. This is What I do for Fun. Party on the Patio. So this past Friday, my local paper, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, published a patio list. There was a top 10 and 40 “also rans”. From the top 10, I have to agree with Shooter’s. Back when the Flats were cool, I was here once a week. But the Flats haven’t been cool in 20 years. I haven’t been to any of the others, although I’ve been dying to try Stone Mad. None of the others are even on my radar, even after reading the article.

For the Love of CLE. Blogging, traveling, higher ed. Memorial Day Weekend in CLE. Let’s talk about last weekend. It began with this shot of our famed city’s skyline:. And it only went uphill from there. I had Friday off and gallivanted about town with a friend. We ate breakfast at Jack Flaps. We were allowed to go down memory lane considering one of our best friends was getting married on Saturday! She immediately won the award for World’s Most Radiant Bride. During the service, I read. Sipping champagne...

Exploring Apple Orchards and My New Home. There is a lot to look forward to heading into fall. The leaves are a vibrant shade of orange and pumpkin recipes fill my newsfeed. It’s truly one of my favorite times of year. Oh yeah, and I just finished a successful move into my first solo apartment! To celebrate the successful move, Zach and I made the trip out to Mapleside Farms. We started our long day at Rocky River Wine Bar. Where we feasted upon a brunch fit for kings. I had a delicious breakfast fla...

Monthly Archives: September 2014. Making Twenty Three My Year. Posted in Cleveland Food. It’s been a week since I turned 23. It’s also been months since I’ve sat down to write. It takes something like a birthday to remind you how fortunate you are. I’ve got to say, my friends and family sure know how to make a girl feel special. The texts, phone calls and well wishes started rolling in the night before and stretched into the late hours of the night. The evening continued with friends over at the house pl...

For the Love of CLE. Blogging, traveling, higher ed. June 7, 2015. Can’t Get Enough: 1st Week of June. During a Cleveland summer it’s unavoidable to be triple-booked on the weekend. Festivals, parades, galleries, openings, hikes… it never ends, and that’s exactly how I hope it stays. Here’s how my weekend went down. I hit another metropark, my 13th of the Cleveland Metroparks’. This time, I discovered West Creek Reservation. In case you didn’t know, the Museum of Contemporary Art. A festival at Madison P...

Thursday, January 29, 2015. I snapped a few photos with my film camera as well and hopefully those come out. Who knows, maybe I'll actually have a Film Friday post for the first time in months. Photos taken with a Canon 60D. With a Canon 20mm f/2.8. Monday, January 26, 2015. The other day Kaylah. And I met up with Brandon. The next place we went was an old Mexican restaurant. We weren't able to get in but the exterior was still worth shooting. I loved how the neons were falling off like this. While headi...

Girls Night Out |
https://coupledincleveland.com/category/girls-night-out
Category Archives: Girls Night Out. In a perfect world, I’d take the time to write each Sunday and reflect on my week. As you can see, that hasn’t happened in quite some time. I’ve certainly let work, a move and life out in Lakewood steal time away from writing. But more on that to come. Ng tickets in the new District section at Progressive Field, we not only got $4 off our beers for the game, but we also were in the heart of the new food options at the stadium. And although our full bellies couldn&#...
