The Best Guacamole - Ever! There are thousands of recipes for guacamole, but this is the best. Guacamole I've ever had. I didn't come up with this recipe. My daughter, Jaime, makes the best guacamole in the world. 1 small tomato, peeled, seeded, diced, and drained. 1/4 cup finely-diced onion. 1 tsp garlic salt. 1 tsp fajita seasoning.
