GC House - Polytopes in Different Dimensions
http://www.gchouse.org/java/polytope/dimensions.html
Polytopes with Different Dimensions. For a description of individual polytopes. For the purest, I should point out that this program only considers regular convex polytopes. You should read a good geometry book for a definition of "convex". In zero dimensions, a polytope is a single point, or vertex. In one dimension a polytope is just a line segment. They are all regular, and have two vertices. It's not really worth drawing them, so I won't. The cells of a polygon are its edges. Five or More Dimensions.

I am currently a software engineer living in Seattle. This web page has links to some of my software. Here is a short list of software I am currently maintaining:. A web application for drawing Spacetime Diagrams. You can also see the old spacetime applet. Which runs as a Java applet in your browser. This is no longer being maintained. An applet that demonstrates the algorithm used to generate CAT Scans. Library and Unit Conversion Applet. An applet for drawing the first few Platonic Solids.

GC House - Unit
http://www.gchouse.org/java/unit/index.html
Software for Physical Units and Unit Conversion. This software allows one to convert from one set of units to another. For example from feet to meters. To get a feel for the software, you should try out the Java Applet. This project is really two different pieces of software. The first is a Java Library. For representing units and for converting numbers from one unit to another. This library is used in the applet above. The second piece is a PalmOS application. See the list of units. The Java code is rel...

GC House - The Mathematics behind the X-Ray CAT Scan.
http://www.gchouse.org/CAT/talk.html
The Mathematics behind the X-Ray CAT Scan. You should read this page while playing with the demonstration applet. You need Java enabled to view this. You can download the source here. Notice that the demo program has two buttons near the top: "Next" and "Previous". If you press one of these you can go from one stage to the next, or back again. The stages of the talk are referenced on this page as well. X*cos(theta) y*sin(theta) = r. 4 Now we have added a phantom. A phantom is a computer simulation of...

GC House - PalmOS Unit
http://www.gchouse.org/java/unit/palm_version.html
PalmOS Application for Converting Units. Although the Java Library. Is mature, the PalmOS application is pretty new. However, it works well under normal use. How to Use it. In the first field, enter a number. In the second field, enter a unit. In the forth field, enter a compatible unit. The third field will have the new number. What sets this software apart from other unit conversion tools, is it takes an arbitrary string for a unit, such as m 2/hour. See the list of units page. Unit lookup. So that...
