Do I need Parent's Consent? All Applicants under eighteen (18) years of age should seek parental consent before submitting their application online. They are required to present the Indemnity Form (Signed) on the day of reporting, for verification purposes. A copy of the Indemnity Form can be retrieved from the attachment in the Confirmation e-mail, which will be sent to the applicant within 2-3 working days from date of his/her submission.
